IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 27, 2015) - Alorica, a worldwide leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, today announced that it has appointed Mark Cunningham as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Effective as of July 20, 2015, Mark will oversee Alorica's talent acquisition and workforce strategies across 62 US and 11 global sites.
Mark joins Alorica from Xerox where he served in various roles since 2003, most recently as the global human resources executive for operations in more than 60 countries. In his previous role, Mark led more than 150 professionals in promoting outsourcing services to industry-leading companies, and contributed to sales to help grow annual revenue. In 2006, he was also an integral part of ACS, now Xerox's acquisition of Intellinix from Ernst & Young, where he spearheaded the integration and organizational restructuring of their HR and Learning Outsourcing businesses.
