Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of July 31, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 3,711,047 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1,200.2 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
