In this role, Waller will evangelize the benefits and return on investment of Verifi's Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN) with Issuers in the U.S. and Canada.
The Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network is a collaborative chargeback management solution that connects Issuers directly (and at no cost) with merchants to enable near real-time collaboration in resolving both (credit and debit) fraud and non-fraud disputes quickly. CDRN gives merchants the ability to respond and resolve disputes directly with the customer -- before they turn into chargebacks. CDRN prevents up to 40% of fraud and non-fraud chargebacks.

Throughout his career, Waller has helped some of the largest, top-tier, U.S.-based financial institutions with fraud and risk management solutions and managed teams in both the credit card and banking space. He has extensive expertise with fraud management, especially within the financial sector, as well as leadership, management, improving processes, relationship management, competitive analysis and business development.
