BitTitan Collaborates With Seattle's Fastest-Growing Companies to Bring Innovative Recruitment Strategies to Thriving Job Market

KIRKLAND, WA--(Marketwired - Aug 6, 2015) - BitTitan, the cloud enablement provider, today announced it is one of 30 Seattle-area companies that have come together to create a unique and successful recruitment model to attract top talent to keep pace with company growth. Instead of competing for high-quality applicants, local companies are collaborating to share recruitment resources and intelligence. As part of the collaboration, BitTitan will be one of twelve participating companies hosting the first annual Seattle Startup Recruit Week (SSRW), to further support the group's initiative.

BitTitan and companies spanning across the Seattle metro area meet regularly and work together to identify top candidates and pass along resumes for open positions for one another. The companies also share tips and best practices on recruiting staff. During SSRW, companies will host open houses for networking and in-person resume reviews, allowing jobseekers to get a feel for each companies' culture and open positions while increasing the candidate pool participating companies have to choose from.

SSRW takes place starting Monday, August 17, with events happening throughout the week.
