TROY, Mich., Aug. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New World Systems® added more than 50 new public sector organizations to its customer base in the first half of 2015.
New World also announced the release of its new myInspections™ iPad® application on the myCommunity™ mobile platform. This app is available to communities that have licensed New World’s LOGOS™ Community Development software and are using it to perform inspections and enforce local code ordinances.
The myInspections app enables inspectors to spend more time in the field by maximizing existing resources. In fact, during a recent field test one New World customer said that they expect to improve their daily productivity by 25 - 33 percent.
New World’s new iPad app helps to streamline work in the field with instant access to case, license, permit, address, and parcel information. In addition, inspectors stay better informed with push notifications from the back office regarding their current and scheduled appointments.
The myInspections app will be available in the fall of 2015 with the release of LOGOS 9.3 and is one of many recent enhancements designed to empower local government personnel and increase efficiency.
