WEST JORDAN, UT--(Marketwired - August 11, 2015) - Mountain America Credit Union will soon celebrate the opening of its new branch in Kaysville, Utah. Residents of Kaysville and its surrounding communities are invited to attend the grand opening and free family barbecue, which will take place on Saturday, August 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Kaysville Branch, located at 181 North 400 West.
The branch is managed by Mike Pratt, who will lead a team of member experience officers to deliver first-class service in a branch with an innovative design. A familiar face in the community, Pratt works and lives in Davis County. Pratt joined Mountain America over five years ago and has worked in nearly every branch position, giving him a clear picture of what it takes to deliver the highest level of member service. Pratt is an avid volunteer in the community and will complete his degree from Weber State University in the spring of 2016.
"We are excited to offer our Kaysville members a unique customer experience as we introduce what we call member experience officers," notes Pratt. "Each branch employee has been trained to assist members with all of their banking needs. No more having to see a teller or loan officer for different transactions. Kaysville is the first branch in Davis County to use this service model. Our team is eager to provide our members with unparalleled service and we invite everyone in the community to come and visit us at our new location."
The Kaysville Branch provides a wide range of financial products and services, including traditional savings, insurance, investments, auto and RV loans and a full array of mortgage loans and services. Mountain America also offers an innovative checking account called MyStyle, which allows account holders to customize their accounts with rewards such as music downloads, loan discounts and credit monitoring. Being federally chartered, Mountain America provides a broad assortment of services, including real estate and business lending.
