The research surveyed 254 long- and medium-term customers on various aspects of their experience after deploying PrinterLogic as their chosen enterprise printing solution. Questions posed to the respondents concerned install time, ROI, added value, security and more. Ultimately the study collected 2,302 data points and yielded 22 case studies.
Among the many questions that TechValidate posed to organizations during the course of the survey, several focused on quantifiable gains that the respondents had witnessed since migrating to PrinterLogic. These included time spent on management and troubleshooting, calls to the support desk, consumables usage, printer downtime, as well as total ROI and the length of time until the cost of deployment had been recouped. The uniformly positive results allow more general conclusions to be drawn about the ROI and efficiency gains that can be achieved by deploying PrinterLogic. Some highlights are:
Organizations are seeing increased efficiency thanks to PrinterLogic
- 67% of respondents said that PrinterLogic reduced their time spent on printer management by half or more.
- 61% of respondents said that PrinterLogic reduced their print-related service desk calls by half or more.
- Another 61% of respondents said that PrinterLogic reduced their time spent on remote server infrastructure by 50% or more.
- Nearly one-third saw a reduction in consumables since deploying PrinterLogic; 65% of respondents said that they had seen at least a 15% drop.
- 43% of respondents said that PrinterLogic reduced their printer downtime by at least half.

PrinterLogic customers are experiencing stunning return on investment
- 88% of respondents said that they saw ROI of 100% or more after deploying PrinterLogic.
- Almost half of respondents said that PrinterLogic resulted in an ROI of 200% or greater.
- Some customers experienced ROI of more than 500%.

- When it comes to recouping the cost of deployment, 75% of respondents reported that they were able to pay back their investment in one year or less; 91% said they did so in 18 months or less.

Both the general and the specific results of the TechValidate research showed impressive levels of customer satisfaction due to factors such as high return on investment, cost and speed of deployment, and ease of use — all of which met or exceeded the respondents' already high expectations.
