BloomSky's mission is to improve how people view and interact with the weather. The weather station -- with a built-in "sky camera" -- provides live views of the weather as well as important data to an in-depth app to achieve the future of crowdsourced weather accuracy. Users can see real-time weather photos of their home, business, or other place of interest (even some national parks!) from anywhere. The app also automatically generates daily time-lapse videos from each weather station so interested users can gain a more vivid understanding of weather patterns. BloomSky is the brainchild of the company's CEO and co-founder, Chinese-born Juntao ("JT") Xiao, a multi-award winning, internationally acclaimed designer.
