Topi Ruuska (born 1956) has been appointed as the CEO of Wulff Group Plc and the
Managing Director of the Group's largest subsidiary Wulff Ltd. beginning on
September 1, 2015. The Board of Directors has also decided that with the
appointment of Ruuska, the current CEO of Wulff Group Plc, Heikki Vienola, will
become the Chairman of the Board. The current Chairman of the Board, Andreas
Tallberg, will continue on as a Member of the Board.
Vienola passes the leadership baton to Ruuska confidently: "Today, as Wulff
turns 125 years old, it is great to give the leadership over to a person who
shares Wulff's values, knows the company, and has demonstrated great ability in
successful management in the Group. 15 years at the head of a listed company has
been an unbelievably great time. Now I will happily go to Tahko.”
