Further to the announcement in the Half Yearly Report on 28 August 2015 of the appointment of Christopher McCann as a non-executive director of the Company, disclosures under Listing Rule 9.6.13 are as follows:
Christopher has previously been a non-executive director of Downing Planned Exit VCT 6 plc, Downing Planned EXIT VCT 7 plc, Downing Planned Exit VCT 8 plc and Downing Planned Exit VCT 9 plc, each of which has now delisted and is in solvent liquidation.
Other than as disclosed above, there are no further disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Christopher's appointment.
