Allocadia founders Kristine Steuart and Katherine Berry have been named among BC's top entrepreneurs, executives and professionals in this year's Business in Vancouver (BIV) Forty Under 40 awards.
The BIV Forty Under 40 each year highlights the forty most outstanding people in business under the age of 40 throughout the province.
"I speak for the entire team at Allocadia when I say we are extremely proud of Kristine and Katherine for not only being named to the 2015 Forty Under 40 list, but for all they have achieved," said Richard Sharp, COO, Allocadia.
"Since launching Allocadia in 2010, they have built not only a product that has become the category-defining cloud software for marketing organizations but a solid roster of customers and partners, and a team of world-class talent," continued Richard. "Their genuine passion for what they do, coupled with their sincere support of women entrepreneurs in technology, make them a valuable addition to Vancouver's tech community and beyond."
Twin sisters Kristine Steuart and Katherine Berry were inspired to create Allocadia after years of experiencing the challenges of managing marketing plans and budgets across disparate formats and platforms and among global marketing teams. From a bootstrapped start-up in 2009 to a Gartner Cool Vendor for Marketing CRM Applications in 2015, Kristine and Katherine have used their complementary skills in marketing and technology development, respectively, to build a loveable cloud software application which empowers marketing organizations to thoughtfully allocate their marketing investments, plan strategically, and make informed decisions based on actual ROI - a game-changer for CMOs and marketers alike.
Today, more than 150 customers, thousands of users, and billions of marketing dollars are on Allocadia. The company's vision is a world where marketers make every marketing dollar count, and where every marketer makes a difference.
Kristine and Katherine were recently named among the Top 10 Women in Tech to Watch in 2015 by inc. magazine. Allocadia was recently named among the Top 100 Tech Companies in BC by BIV; the company was also included in the 2015 Ready to Rocket list, which recognizes companies poised for explosive growth, and received the 2014 Technology Innovation Award from Ventana Research.
The winners of this year's Forty Under 40 awards will be celebrated at BIV's annual gala dinner on January 27th, 2016 at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel.
