In his new role, Neil will execute Verifi's International expansion within the UK and the EMEA. His responsibilities will include overseeing the development and on-boarding of new Issuing banks and partnerships to Verifi's award-winning Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network™ (CDRN).
Verifi's CDRN platform processes hundreds of thousands of cases monthly and provides merchants and issuers unmatched protection through near real-time collaboration for both fraud and non-fraud chargeback disputes. Neil joins Verifi from Proxama, where he served as VP of European Sales and Business Development. He brings 23 years of experience and expertise in the payments industry including, but not limited to, Chip & PIN, PCI DSS and Loyalty Management. A specialist in fraud, risk and compliance, Neil has held senior positions with Fidelity National Information Services, Visa and First Data Corporation. Additionally, he was member of a number of key business consultancy firms including The Business Performance Consultancy Group and the International Investor.
