New Offer for Subscription (the "Offer")
The Company is pleased to announce an intention to launch an Offer for Subscription to raise up to £30 million by way of an issue of new ordinary shares in the Company, with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million.
A Prospectus with full details of the proposed Offer is intended for publication in late 2015.
