In accordance with Section 6 of the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers Disclosure Obligations it is required to inform of the total number of voting rights and the total share capital at the end of a month where changes have occurred.
After completion of the cancellation of shares on 16 October 2015 as approved by DFDS A/S’ extraordinary general meeting on 17 September 2015, the table below lists the number of voting rights and the total share capital of DFDS A/S as per 31 October 2015.
