SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 16, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Matrix Medical Network® (Matrix), the leading provider of in-home assessments and care management, announced the launch of a new Learning & Development Center of Excellence that will further Matrix’s ability to support evolving customer needs. Matrix has added Dan Rust as Vice President, Learning & Development to lead this new Center of Excellence.

Mr. Rust has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in helping people develop their skills, knowledge and capabilities. He comes to Matrix from GE where he spent nearly five years leading the commercial learning organization for GE Capital. Prior to GE, Mr. Rust led training organizations at Wellcare and Jostens. He also launched his own company, Frontline Learning, an e-learning company specializing in corporate training resources.
The new Learning & Development Center of Excellence will bolster the continuous development of all Matrix employees, while also ensuring they are prepared to adapt and support the fast-changing needs of the healthcare industry. Matrix has gathered educators and their respective teams from across the company to join Mr. Rust in leading this new Center of Excellence. The Learning & Development team will be responsible for creating a comprehensive clinical and leadership development curriculum, which will be implemented company-wide.
