CBX Software Announces Availability of CBX 5.10

HONG KONG, CHINA and NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - December 09, 2015) - CBX Software, the leader in Total Sourcing Management for the retail industry, today announced the release of CBX Cloud version 5.10 with a refined and more intuitive user interface, widely expanded functionality and additional configuration flexibility to support best-in-class global supply chains.

Immediately available to all CBX Cloud customers, CBX 5.10 encompasses dozens of new features and enhancements including but not limited to:

Improved User Interface -- A fresh graphical user interface that simplifies navigation, increases overall ease of use and creates a seamless experience for end users.

Collaborative Product Development -- New functionality dynamically links the retailer and its vendors; providing tighter collaboration of product concept, design requirements and technical specifications. Tools are now in place to increase the speed and efficiency in aggregating and curating content required for Product Information Management (PIM), eCommerce and Omni-Channel support.

Quality Management -- Expanded capability includes a new Sample Assessment module and a Mobile Inspection tool that allows data collected on the factory floor to be wirelessly synchronized with CBX via cellular or WiFi connections. The addition of a more powerful Image Mark-up utility enables on the fly annotation of photos and images directly within CBX Cloud.

Forum -- The redesigned Social Messaging Forum adopts the user interface standards of popular instant messaging applications; making Forum instantly accessible with a universally accepted look-and-feel and navigation tool set.

Notes -- Buyers, merchandisers and designers will appreciate the new Notepad feature in CBX. Theme plans, product information, specification updates, purchase order status or any other data in CBX can be notated privately or publically on the fly.
