ISELIN, N.J., Dec. 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Customers of the Middlesex Water (Nasdaq:MSEX) family of companies now have a new way of viewing their account information, receiving and paying their utility bill online with the introduction of My H20 SmartPay, a simple and convenient electronic billing and payment platform. The platform provides customers the flexibility to receive their bill electronically, to view their account online 24/7, 365 days a year, set up payment notification alert reminders and make a one-time or recurring payment, all through one secure website. There is no fee to receive your bill electronically through My H20 SmartPay. There is also no fee to customers who choose to pay their bills automatically using the ACH feature. Customers can also still choose to pay by mail or in person, as well as utilize our pay by phone option.
The Company has also launched a new mobile app available at the Apple Store or Google Play for customers who want ready access to their account to pay bills via their smart phone while they’re on the go.
In addition to customers of Middlesex Water, the service is available to customers of Middlesex’s affiliated companies including Pinelands Water Company, Pinelands Wastewater Company, Twin Lakes Utilities, Inc., Tidewater Utilities Inc., Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc., White Marsh Environmental Systems, Inc., and Southern Shores Water Company, LLC.
