STATE COLLEGE, Pa., Jan. 11, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Senior Project Manager David Ulmer has been promoted to Vice President and Department Head of Implementation Solutions (IS) at EnergyCAP, Inc. The promotion was announced to staff on January 4.
This decision was made by EnergyCAP's Advisory Board in recognition of the fact that continued corporate growth requires growth in senior leadership. The Board and CEO Steve Heinz acknowledged that Ulmer brings industry experience, deep product knowledge, proven client focus and team leadership skills to his new role with Implementation Solutions.
Ulmer joined EnergyCAP in 2013. His previous employment included a managerial position at PJM Interconnection, LLC, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships using advanced audio-visual and computer technologies.
EnergyCAP's Chief Operating Officer, Ryan Ohlson, who had previously filled the IS Department Head position, said that he was delighted with Ulmer's promotion. "Dave is a servant leader who has demonstrated both exceptional performance and character in everything he has been asked to do," said Ohlson. "His relentless pursuit of excellence that can now be applied to the responsibilities of his new position will take his department and EnergyCAP to the next level. Dave's leadership of Implementation Solutions enables me to devote additional time to high value company initiatives, including the development of new revenue-generating service offerings.
