Tele2 signs credit facility agreement of EUR 800 million

Stockholm – Tele2 AB, (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today
announces that the company had entered into a 5+1+1 year revolving credit
facility agreement of EUR 800 million with a syndicate of 11 banks.
Tele2 has entered into a syndicated multi-currency revolving credit facility
agreement amounting to EUR 800 million with 11 relationship banks. The facility
has a tenor of five years with two one-year extension options and it replaces
the existing revolving credit facility dated May 2012.

The new facility further strengthens Tele2's financial position and secures a
structure of diversified funding sources.

The new facility is initially unutilized.
