Changes in the Nomination Committee in TradeDoubler AB (publ)

Stockholm 13 January 2016
Felix Kvick, representing Henrik Kvick AB, have resigned as a member of the
nomination committee of TradeDoubler AB in view of that Henrik Kvick AB has sold
most of its TradeDoubler shares. New members will be appointed before the Annual
General Meeting 2016 in accordance with the principles regarding the composition
of the nomination committee adopted at the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2015.

The Nomination Committee consists of:

  · Cédric Vincent (chairman), representing Reworld Media S.A.
  · Pascal Chevalier, chairman of the Board of Directors

Tradedoubler’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 3 May 2016, in
Stockholm, Sweden.
