As earlier announced the board of directors for Avanza Bank AB (publ) (”Avanza Bank”) has applied for listing and trading of its subordinated bond at the Corporate Bond list on Nasdaq Stockholm. Today, Nasdaq Stockholm approved the application and first day for trading is today, February 3, 2016. On December 3, 2015 Avanza Bank announced the issuance of a subordinated bond with a duration of ten years, final maturity on December 10, 2025. The subordinated bond amounts to SEK 100 million and has a variable interest rate of 3M STIBOR + 300 basis points. On January 27, 2016 Avanza Bank published the prospectus and at the same time announced that an application for listing would be submitted.
