Danish Ship Finance A/S terminates its rating agreement with Moody’s


Danish Ship Finance has today terminated the rating agreement with Moody’s Investors Service and has requested Moody’s to withdraw all rating assigned to Danish Ship Finance including bonds issued by Danish Ship Finance. Moody’s has rated the company since 1998 and has recently confirmed an issuer rating of Baa2, stable outlook.

 

Danish Ship Finance will hereinafter only be rated by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, which February 4, 2016 granted Danish Ship Finance a covered bond rating of A, stable outlook, and an Issuer Credit Rating of BBB+, stable outlook.
