The subscription price of Endomines warrants 2014/2016

Endomines warrants 2014/2016, with the remaining possibilities for subscription
during the periods of 16 to 29 February 2016, 18 to 31 May 2016, 18 to 31 August
2016 and 28 November to 9 December 2016, has been recalculated with respect to
the completion of the share issue in 2016.

  · One (1) warrant registered in Sweden contains the right to subscribe for
0.72 newly issued shares at a price of SEK 0.38 per share
  · The subscription price for warrants registered in Finland is in euro and the
subscription price has been determined based on Sveriges Riksbank's official
EUR/SEK exchange rate three days before each specific subscription period. The
subscription price for the immediate coming period of 16-29 February 2016 has
been set to EUR 0.04 per share.

The trading in warrants on NASDAQ expires on December 7, 2016. Assuming full
exercise of all warrants, Endomines will receive approximately SEK 47.8 million.

Instructions
Directly registered holders of warrants (only in Sweden) are asked to fill in an
application form, which can be downloaded on Endomines’ website,
www.endomines.com. Subscription takes place simultaneously with payment as
instructed on the application form.

Nominee registered warrant holders (in Sweden and Finland) are requested to
contact their nominee for instructions regarding subscription and payment.
