The Portland Japanese Garden produces cultural and educational programming that expresses the timeless value of Japanese culture and art. The Society is currently in the midst of a $33.5 million expansion project to rebuild their Portland facilities to better accommodate the rising number of visitors they're experiencing each year.

Each staff member now has their own unique permission level that allows access to specific assets and features, a vital feature due to seasonal staff turnover. Implementing MediaValet eliminated duplication of assets within the DAMS while also enhancing security, accessibility, reliability, and redundancy.
