VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 19, 2016) - Riverside Resources Inc. ("Riverside" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RRI)(OTC PINK:RVSDF)(FRANKFURT:R99) - Effective immediately, due to personal reasons, Mr. William Lee has resigned as a Director of the Company. The Board thanks Mr. Lee for his service to the Company.
