Both have been elevated to their respective roles as former president Laura Price decided to go back to Texas and reprieve her senior vice president role at Associa PMG North Texas.

Costa has more than 20 years of experience in customer service driven industries and most recently held the position of director of client services at Associa Sierra North. She is a Nevada real estate licensee and supervising community manager. She holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and Accredited Management Specialist (AMS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Costa was honored with CAI's 2013 CMCA Manager of the Year Award. Costa is an active member of CAI and currently serves on the Education Committee helping provide the skills and expertise that are essential to the successful management of associations.
Robertson has more than 10 years of experience in community association management, most recently as a senior manager for Associa Sierra North. She has her community manager license through the Nevada Real Estate Division and managed a portfolio of community associations that consisted of more than 2500 units. Robertson is a member of CAI and has obtained the designations CMCA, AMS and the elite Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest professional recognition available nationwide.
