New number of shares in GHP

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in GHP Specialty Care AB (publ) (GHP),
the number of shares and votes has increased by 2 200 198. Following the
increase, the total number of shares and votes in GHP is 68 282 585 as per 29
February 2016. The share capital amounts to SEK 68 282 585 after the increase.
