The board of Sponda Oyj has decided on a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to subscribe to one (1) new share for every twelve (5) shares held. The subscription price has been set to EUR 3,90 per share. The Ex-date is March 1, 2016. The new ordinary shares do not entitle to the ordinary dividend of EUR 0,19 proposed to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held March 21, 2016, which is why the proposed dividend has been added to the issue price in the formula for the adjustment factor.
Nasdaq Global Index Group will act and adjust SDA1V in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.2, rule 5.8.
