Apivio Announces Follow-on Purchase Order for VoIP Enterprise Video Phones From NEC America

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - March 30, 2016) - Apivio Systems Inc. ("Apivio" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: APV), a leading provider of VoIP solutions, is pleased to announce that the Company has received a purchase order for 2,000 units of its Monet series UT880 VoIP enterprise video phones from NEC Corporation of America (NEC). NEC is a leading provider of innovative IT, network and communications solutions and is Apivio's distributor of Monet series phones.

Apivio expects to complete shipment of this order in Q3 2016, which builds upon the 10,000 UT880 phones Apivio sold to NEC in 2015.

Apivio is also pleased to announce that NEC has completed integration of the Monet phone with three of its four major PBX families -- the NEC Univerge SV9000, SV9300 and SV9500.
