Ursino will be responsible for facilitating day-to-day management activities, evaluating operational processes, assisting with development of revenue streams and monitoring financial programs to maintain efficient quality services for the Dallas-based firm.

Ursino comes to Somerset with more than 22 years of property management experience of which 15 were focused on the homeowners' association sector. Most recently, he served as regional vice president for Invitation Homes where he was responsible for oversight of 7000+ HOA units in four states. Ursino received his bachelor's degree in business from Seattle University. He is a certified Real Property Administrator through Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International and a veteran of the United States Army.
