2015 DIVIDEND BALANCE PAYMENT
The Shareholders' Meeting of Kaufman & Broad SA, held April 15, 2016 under the chairmanship of Nordine Hachemi, approved the distribution of a total dividend of €3.85 per share for the year ended November 30, 2015.
An interim dividend of € 1.85 per share decided by the Board of Directors held on February 16, 2016, having already been paid March 10, 2016, the balance of €2.00 per share will be payable April 22, 2016.
