NCC publishes 2015 comparative figures for new segment division that applies as of January 1, 2016. NCC has entered a new strategy period, 2016-2020, with the aim of achieving profitable growth. The realization of these ambitions will require a more specialized organization with operations divided into four Nordic business areas: NCC Industry, NCC Building, NCC Infrastructure and NCC Property Development. Following a resolution by NCC’s Annual General Meeting, the residential development company Bonava (formerly NCC Housing) will be distributed to the shareholders of NCC during 2016. The reporting segments are the four business areas: NCC Industry, NCC Building, NCC Infrastructure and NCC Property Development.
