DENVER, April 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Denver Annual 420 Rally, one of the largest cultural and political events dedicated to cannabis in the country, is pleased to announce that Wiz Khalifa and Lil Wayne will be headlining a free music festival at Civic Center Park in downtown Denver on May 21, 2016. The event is being presented by Colorado Marijuana Company, Sweet Leaf, MassRoots (OTCQB:MSRT), and Wiz Khalifa’s Amber Ice.

“On April 16th, a significant snowstorm hit Denver and forced us to postpone what was slated to be the largest 420 event in the world,” stated 420 Rally Producer Santino Walter. “We apologize for any inconvenience this caused attendees and vendors – we would not have rescheduled this event if it wasn’t absolutely necessary.”

“We would like to thank all the major parties – Wiz Khalifa, Lil Wayne, MassRoots, Wright Event Group, the City of Denver, Sweet Leaf, and Amber Ice for their diligent work over the past few days in planning what will be an even bigger and better festival on May 21st,” concluded Walter.

To register for free tickets and All Access Passes for the May 21st 420 Rally, please visit 420Rally.co or any of the 6 local Sweat Leaf dispensaries.

About Amber Ice
Amber Ice is the debut solvent-less hash concentrate from TAYLOR’D EXTRACTS BY WIZ KHALIFA.  Amber Ice is made by mixing fresh frozen nug with water and ice.  The trichomes are then mechanically extracted.  The solution that results is then filtered through a series of micron-sized screens that catch all the trichomes.  Water extraction is the purest means to make concentrates since there are no solvents used when making this product, which allows for less disruption of the trichomes.  Amber Ice is available exclusively at RiverRock in the state of Colorado.

About Colorado Marijuana Company, LLC

Colorado Marijuana Company, LLC (“CMC”) is the brainchild of two of Colorado’s foremost marijuana leaders; Santino Walter and Robert J. Corry, Jr., Esq. These men, who can be credited in part with founding Colorado’s industry, have developed an effective and legal paradigm for investment from inside and outside of Colorado to participate in this exciting new space.

Santino Walter, President of CMC, has taken to high profitability numerous Colorado retailers both inside and outside of the marijuana industry, including as President and CEO of numerous large regulated marijuana entities. Santino brings with him Mr. Corry, CMC’s Vice President and General Counsel, a Stanford Law School graduate who 5280 Magazine named as one of Denver’s 50 Top Powerbrokers and who The National Law Journal named as one of “America’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40.” Mr. Corry formerly served as Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, has successfully litigated precedent-setting litigation that paved the way for Colorado’s industry. Mr. Corry assisted in the drafting of Amendment 64, now codified in Colorado’s Constitution.

CMC is now currently offering strategic opportunities for acquisition and/or involvement with presently-licensed and actively-operating marijuana entities. For more information, please email Rob Corry at Rob@RobCorry.com.
