Ivanov, a senior member of the founding executive team, will lead the company's customer strategy and execution, ensuring all departments contribute, including product development, sales, marketing, consulting and support. His top priority will be to ensure the FinancialForce delivers optimal value and a unified experience across the entire customer journey for the company's 1000+ customers.
