As of 31 December 2015, Eastern Property Holdings had total assets of US$ 990.46 million (2014: US$ 983.42 million) and net assets (calculated as total equity) of US$ 189.01 million (2014: US$ 207.16 million). In the twelve months ended at 31 December 2015 the Company is reporting a net profit of US$ 20.54 million, compared to a net profit of US$ 45.06 million for the year ended at 31 December 2014.
The profitability of the Company's operations is affected by global, local, and asset-specific factors. The most significant factors affecting the Company's net earnings in 2015 were the net rental income generated by the rental properties, revaluation of investment properties held at fair value and significant weakening of Russian rouble against US dollar.
The NAV per share amounted to US$ 35.54.
