New Age Electronics is currently the only US distributor to offer both the ZenFone 2 16GB and 64GB, which are compatible with all GSM networks and give customers the ability to choose their own carrier.
The agreement provides retailers with new options in the rapidly growing unlocked smartphone category with a product that is ergonomically-designed, stylish, powerful, and available at an affordable price point.
According to Strategy Analytics, unlocked smartphone shipments in the US grew 140 percent to a record 14.6 million units in 2015, and sales are expected to grow another 58 percent to 23 million units in 2016.
