Cohen was recently elected a Fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She is one of 184 attorneys in New York and 2,600 lawyers across the globe to have earned this distinguished honor.
ACTEC is a nonprofit association of attorneys and law professors who have been elected by their peers based on their reputation, skill, and significant contributions to the practice of trust and estate law. Traditionally, attorneys must have no less than 10 years of experience in the practice of probate and trust law or estate planning.
As chair and general trust counsel at Fiduciary Trust, Ms. Cohen is responsible for the firm's trust and estate services, as well as client relationships in New York and across Fiduciary Trust's regional offices, including the Coral Gables and Boca Raton locations. She joined the firm in 1994 and has over 36 years of industry experience. Ms. Cohen is a member of Fiduciary Trust's Board of Directors and sits on the Management and Executive committees.
