Based in the Los Angeles area, Sean is an accomplished banker with decades of successful middle-market M&A experience. He will be heading up Woodbridge’s new office in Southern California.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Sean served as Partner and Director at several M&A advisory firms. In addition, he held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities at D.A. Davidson & Co./McGladrey where, most recently, he served as Vice President, Investment Banking. Sean has closed dozens of deals involving construction-related businesses, both domestic and cross-border and has also completed transactions in many other industries. Earlier in his career, Sean worked as a Senior Engineer at Earth Tech/AECOM, a large engineering and construction firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of California Irvine.
