ORCO PROPERTY GROUP - Major Shareholding Notifications
ORCO PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company") has been notified on 16 May 2016 by JAGAPA LIMITED, Cyprus, an entity closely associated with Mr. Július Strapek, that on 10 May 2016 the shareholding of JAGAPA LIMITED in the Company increased above the 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25% thresholds, as consequence of the subscription of 400,000,000 new shares issued by the Company on 10 May 206.
As of 10 May 2016, JAGAPA LIMITED, Cyprus, holds 400,000,000 Company shares representing 30.43% of the Company's shareholding and voting rights.
The Company has been further notified on 16 May 2016 by GAMALA LIMITED, an entity closely associated with Mr. Radovan Vítek, that on 10 May 2016 the shareholding of GAMALA LIMITED in the Company decreased below the 10 and 5% thresholds, as a consequence of the capital increase of 10 May 2016.
As of 10 May 2016 GAMALA LIMITED holds 47,122,057 Company shares, which is below the minimum notification threshold.
