PITTSBURGH, PA and CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - May 20, 2016) - Michele Fabrizi, President and CEO of MARC USA, announced today that Cari Bucci Hulings, currently EVP/General Manager of the Chicago office, has been promoted to the new position of EVP/General Manager of both the Pittsburgh and Chicago offices as part of a new streamlined leadership structure.
In her new role, Hulings will join the agency-wide Operations Committee and also oversee Client Service for both the Pittsburgh and Chicago offices. Jean McLaren continues as Chicago President and agency-wide CMO. Leadership of the Boston office, home of the agency's Results|Digital division, also remains unchanged with Jason Russo as President.

The daughter of MARC USA Chairman Tony Bucci, Hulings grew up in the advertising world. Prior to joining MARC USA in 2010, she spent seven years at FCB, rising to SVP/Group Management Director. A graduate of Northwestern University with a Masters in Marketing, Hulings also served as an account executive at Leo Burnett in Chicago. In 2014, Direct Marketing News named her to its 40 Under 40 list in recognition of her impact on the growth of MARC USA's Chicago office.
