JSC “Rigas autoelektroaparatu rupnica” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on April 26, 2016 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on June 3, 2016 (end of the day).
The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on May 13, 2016.
