A. Michael Arnold, RG, RHG, is a new Principal Consultant in the Seattle, Washington, office. Mr. Arnold brings 25 years of diversified environmental and health and safety experience across the US and internationally, with a particular focus on contaminated site management, environmental impact assessment, and health and safety program evaluation and training. He has managed contaminated site, transactional due diligence, impact assessment, and health and safety projects ranging from addressing focused technical and regulatory issues to delivering large multidisciplinary environmental investigation and remediation projects, as well as domestic and international site portfolio programs. He has also conducted environmental impact and resource evaluations at a wide range of scales, from local construction developments to transcontinental pipelines.
Rajesh Singh is a new Principal Consultant in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office. With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Mr. Singh has in-depth expertise in industrial site remediation, with particular emphasis in site remedial strategy development, feasibility and treatability studies, engineering design and specifications, and construction management. A nationally recognized leader in the implementation of In-Situ Stabilization/Solidification (ISS) technology at complex sites, he was one of the major contributing authors of the ITRC Guidance Manual, Development of Performance Specification for In-Situ Stabilization/Solidification. He received the ITRC Industry Recognition Award in Recognition of Outstanding Contribution as a member of the ITRC Solidification/Stabilization Team in 2011. One of his ISS projects was the first place winner of the ACEC Excellence Award in New Jersey. A regular presenter at international conferences, Mr. Singh has co-authored books on ISS and writing specifications for design-bid-build projects.
