Val Lyon has joined Parcel Pending as Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie Van De Motter has been elevated to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Michael Williams has joined as the new Director of Sales.

• Val Lyon, Chief Financial Officer -- Lyon has more than three decades of executive-level financial management experience, having served in senior roles with several prestigious companies. At Far West Savings and Loan, he was responsible for executive management of accounting, treasury, IT, major loan servicing, and retail systems for the $3.5 billion savings and loan association. Similarly, as CFO at Warmington Homes, Lyon managed accounting, corporate forecasting and planning, treasury, information services, human resources, and administration for the Builder 100 Company with sales of 800 units and revenues of $325 million. He also gained an understanding of the multifamily space serving as the CFO at LeasingDesk Insurance Services. At Parcel Pending, Lyon is responsible for all financial functions including accounting, strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting.

• Stephanie Van De Motter, Vice President of Sales and Marketing -- Van De Motter joined Parcel Pending in 2015 as Director of Business Development and Partnerships and within six months was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing after playing an instrumental role in helping Parcel Pending grow to become the global leader in package management. 
  
  Van De Motter has 25 years of sales and marketing experience and spent more than 15 years at the Irvine Company as Director of Leasing & Operations, where she worked alongside Parcel Pending CEO Lori Torres. During her tenure at The Irvine Company, Van De Motter's team was ranked #1 portfolio-wide in overall customer satisfaction for 10 years in a row, and consistently set the national standard for highest average market rent. In her role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Parcel Pending, Van De Motter oversees sales and marketing strategies while also steering key business development and partnerships for the growing company.

• Michael Williams, Director of Sales -- A seasoned sales executive with more than a decade of start-up experience, Williams previously served as Director of Sales for Auction.com, where he grew and led the sales team to a multimillion dollar operation.
