For the last 13 years, O’Shea was the general manager of the Piedmont Triad division of Fairway Media, LLC. Over the years, O’Shea was involved with the organization’s various media platforms, including print, event marketing, digital and direct marketing, as well as out-of-home media.

O’Shea’s commitment to the industry is showcased by his involvement in many outside organizations. “Dan’s extensive experience in marketing and his demonstrated achievements in leadership make him a valuable asset to our team,” said Window World President, Steven Kamody. “Perhaps just as important, Dan is a passionate family man and an advocate of important causes in his community, which exemplifies Window World’s core values.”

In 2015, Window World celebrated its 20th year in business.  As one of only two companies in the home improvement industry selling windows backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal, Window World is committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service throughout the exterior remodeling process. “We are excited to leverage Dan’s abundant knowledge to build brand awareness, providing homeowners more access to information while driving tangible results for our franchises nationwide,” added Kamody.

“I’m ecstatic to join the Window World Family, especially at such an exciting time,” said O’Shea. “As we continue to enhance our product offering, broaden our consumer base and create an opportunity for our stores to grow, we’re expanding our position as industry leader, and I’m honored to be a part of it.”

O’Shea resides in Greensboro, NC, where he has served on the boards of the Greensboro Science Center, the Greensboro Police Foundation, the Greensboro Sports Council, and Greensboro’s Tournament Host Committee.
