Volaris Group Acquires Student Information Systems Company, The Alpha School System PTY LTD, in Australia

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - July 19, 2016) - Volaris Group today announced that it has acquired The Alpha School System PTY LTD ("TASS") of Brisbane, Australia. The company provides mission-critical School Information Systems ("SIS") to K-12 independent and Catholic schools throughout Australia.

Founded in 1988, TASS' Web accessible solutions help to connect all key stakeholders -- parents, teachers and students -- across the school community. Its products manage such critical functions as student administration, financial administration and payroll as well as provides information and learning management tools for teachers and students.
