IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 28, 2016) - ConcertoHealth and Molina Healthcare today announced a partnership to deliver ConcertoHealth's personalized healthcare experience to Molina Healthcare's dual-eligible Medicare/Medicaid members in the Greater Detroit area. This marks an expanded relationship for the companies, as ConcertoHealth already serves Molina's growing dual-eligible membership in the state of Washington.
