MELVILLE, N.Y., Aug. 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BZ Media LLC announced today that Finalists have been selected for the second annual Film Festival at InterDrone™ The International Drone Conference & Exposition being held September 7-9 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. In addition, Ehang has been named the Title Sponsor of the event and will award the $5,000 grand prize to the winner on stage.
Ten judges used their expertise in aerial cinematography to determine the best videos captured by a drone. Winners will be unveiled live at the Film Festival Reception on Wednesday September 7. David and Sarah Oneal from That Drone Show and world famous hypnotist and drone enthusiast Anthony Cools will host the Film Festival reception and award ceremonies.

The festival includes a People’s Choice Award and an overall Best in Show. During the reception which precedes the awards, six stations set up around the ballroom with be showing the finalist videos in each category for attendees to enjoy and to vote for their favorites via the InterDrone mobile app.
InterDrone is the world’s largest event dedicated to commercial drones and expects to host 4,000+ commercial drone buyers and flyers who will learn at more than 120 sessions. More than 155 exhibitors will be showing the latest drones and related technology in the expo hall.
