Becknell Welcomes Premier Store Fixtures to Airport Distribution Center in Richmond, VA

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - September 15, 2016) - Becknell Industrial announced today that it has fully leased its speculative warehouse building currently under construction at the Airport Distribution Center on the southeast side of Richmond. Premier Store Fixtures will be the sole occupant of Building E, a 216,000 square-foot, 32' clear building featuring LED lighting, ESFR sprinkler system and 7" unreinforced concrete slab. Scheduled completion of the shell construction is estimated to be early October. Premier offers a whole new approach to the retail store fixture/display business, offering such services as Design & Engineering, Manufacturing and Support & Logistics.

With Building E now leased, Becknell announced its intention to begin construction of Building B at the Airport Distribution Center. The new 153,480-square-foot facility will feature 32' clear height, up to 30 dock doors, two drive-in doors and abundant car and trailer parking. In addition, the property will include 50' x 45' column spacing with 60' loading bays, ESFR sprinkler system and LED lighting with motion sensors. Construction will commence November 1, 2016 with a scheduled completion in May, 2017.
