FLG Partners Announces Jeff Van Zanten as a New Partner

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - September 23, 2016) - FLG Partners (www.flgpartners.com) today announced the election of Jeff Van Zanten as a partner in the firm, bringing the number of partners to 27.

Mr. Van Zanten, a veteran of several hypergrowth companies was the Chief Financial Officer and led the Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, M&A, Facilities and Administration teams at Apttus (SaaS), Coverity (a SaaS company sold to Synopsys), Symphony Services (a professional services company sold to Harman International), Purple Moon Software (a media and gaming company sold to Mattel) and served as a Partner and the CFO of Symphony Technology Group (a private equity firm). Jeff also held senior financial leadership roles at Advent Software (a NASDAQ listed company subsequently acquired by SS&C), Scient Corp. (a NASDAQ listed company acquired by SBI and Company) and Wells Fargo Investment Advisors (acquired by Barclays Global Investors).

Mr. Van Zanten holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California, and is a CPA in California (Inactive).
