Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 103,924 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 26-09-2016 until 30-09-2016.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 956,950 shares for a total amount of EUR 29,768,354. This corresponds to 0.44% of the total shares outstanding.
